We use the “Per Credit” pricing setting frequently, and we recently realized that the discount amount is not clearly displayed to families during registration.
For example, we use the Per Credit pricing model for our Summer Camp, where each week of camp registration is counted as one credit. Families who register for more than 6 weeks receive a 10% discount. However, because that discounted pricing is built directly into the pricing setup, families do not actually see how much discount they are receiving when they register.
It would be very helpful if families could clearly see the amount of discount they are receiving at the time of checkout. Greater visibility would make the pricing feel more transparent and help families better understand the value of the discount.

Thanks for posting this, Fine Echidna — super helpful context. I can see how, with Per Credit pricing, the discount can feel “baked in” and not very transparent at checkout. We’re going to take a look at how discount amounts are (or aren’t) being surfaced during registration and follow up once we’ve dug in a bit more.
