For our school, after due date of monthly invoices, there is a late payment fee of $15 for the first 7 days, and $3/extra day afterwards. We currently have to do this manually. Is it possible to automate this process somehow?

Hello Khaki Gull! I have a few more questions for you:

Do you have a standard process for calculating late fees or does it vary for different customers?
Are there any exceptions or special cases where the late fee rules do not apply?
Would you like to have the ability to manually override the automated late fee in certain situations?
