I believe the user experience on Enrollsy’s pages would improve significantly with a clearer visual hierarchy in the interface. The program name at the top of the page, for example, should be much more prominent and should not be truncated as shown in the attached images. Ideally, the program name should appear as the most visible element on the page so that users can immediately identify which program they are viewing. Additionally, the font size used for students’ information could be slightly larger to improve readability. Using a default typeface with a larger x-height would also help make the text easier to read on screen. Overall, improving these elements would make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly.

Over the course of this school year, the biggest feedback I am getting from parents is an easier access for a full block/month view of enrolled classes/programs. They don't like the dropdown list view or the account small calendar view as both options are more "tedious" or not simple enough to see the larger picture. Since we have blocks of time spanning from 8 to 12 weeks at a time for scheduling, a way to have a larger integrated calendar view would be greatly appreciated.

It would be very helpful if you could export a roster or class list into a excel sheet from the teacher portal.

Changes to any field inside a customer Account could be critical and time-sensitive information an Admin or Instructor needs to know about. Add a notification setting that allows for the immediate notification when this information is changed.

Our Program would love to see an option where Authorized pick ups can have their own pin when checking students in and out.

We use the “Per Credit” pricing setting frequently, and we recently realized that the discount amount is not clearly displayed to families during registration. For example, we use the Per Credit pricing model for our Summer Camp, where each week of camp registration is counted as one credit. Families who register for more than 6 weeks receive a 10% discount. However, because that discounted pricing is built directly into the pricing setup, families do not actually see how much discount they are receiving when they register. It would be very helpful if families could clearly see the amount of discount they are receiving at the time of checkout. Greater visibility would make the pricing feel more transparent and help families better understand the value of the discount.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could add a discount setting that can be applied across all children within the same family account. For our summer camp registration, we would like to offer a “6+ Weeks Registration Discount.” For example, families who register for six or more total weeks would receive 10% off. The key point is that the six weeks could be combined across children within the same household, not just applied to one child. For example: One child registered for 6 weeks Two siblings registered for 3 weeks each Three siblings registered for 2 weeks each All of these scenarios would qualify for the 6+ Weeks Registration Discount because the total number of weeks registered within the family reaches six or more. Currently, the standard Sibling Discount only applies when multiple children enroll. However, a family with a single child registering for 6+ weeks is actually making a larger commitment than a family with multiple children who each register for only one week. For this reason, it would be extremely helpful to have a family-level discount that can combine registrations across children in the same household. Thank you for considering this feature. It would make a meaningful difference for programs like ours.

If there is an error adding the e-signature documents, admins are currently unaware. This is especially important to be notified when you have hundreds of enrollments at a time.

I don't want to delete program options, but I do want to ARCHIVE some of the long list we have (for past class sessions). I wish there were a way to archive old program options without deleting them.

I would greatly appreciate it if a settlement (payout) statement could be made available in Enrollsy. During our financial audits, we are required to demonstrate a clear link between each customer’s payment and the corresponding deposit into our bank account. At the moment, Enrollsy does not provide a settlement statement. To verify payments, we have to cross-reference the Enrollsy receipt with the Till payment statement and/or ACHQ statement, and then match those to our bank statement. Because the figures are not presented in a consolidated format, the reconciliation process is quite complex and time-consuming. It would be extremely helpful if we could download a payout statement that clearly lists the customer transactions included in each deposit, so we can easily see which payments are tied to each payout.
