Customer Portal Cancellation Confirmation screen is populating the wrong class selection

This issue has been fixed. The class that is selected will now be the one marked for cancellation rather than having the first class in the enrollment's list of classes marked.
In the confirmation screen we also added the dates of service for the selected class so that Series classes could be more easily distinguishable.
We also made it so that a class can only be canceled if at least one of its dates of service is in the future.
