The sibling discount applies a discount for two or more Enrollees enrolled in the same location and the same Enrollment Period under the same account. This discount will not work if the two siblings are in different locations or different enrollment periods. The workaround for this is to either apply the discount manually or create a coupon code for these type of cases.
