A way for families to see once they have uploaded a document

One suggestion that I think would greatly improve the parent experience is allowing families to see the status of their required enrollment documents from within their parent portal.
Many of our families register for summer camp in March, and then don't think about their registration again until a few months later. We frequently receive emails asking whether they actually uploaded all of the required documents.
It would be very helpful if parents could see something like:
Child Information Record — Uploaded 3/5/26
Health Appraisal — Uploaded 3/5/26
Immunization Record — Uploaded 3/5/26
An even better experience would be allowing parents to open and view the document they uploaded so they can verify it is the correct file. I understand there may be privacy and data security considerations with displaying uploaded documents, but even a simple upload status and upload date would eliminate many support emails and give families confidence that everything has been submitted correctly.
I think this would be a valuable feature for any organization that collects enrollment documents months before a program begins.

Thanks for sharing this, Marigold Wren — that makes a lot of sense, especially with families registering months in advance and then circling back later. Being able to see an “Uploaded” status + upload date (and ideally view the file they submitted) would definitely cut down on those confirmation emails. We’ll take a closer look at what it would take on the Parent Portal side, including any privacy/security considerations around displaying the uploaded documents, and follow up once we have more to share.
