Be notified when there is a change to a child's profile (enroll form questions)

Since our preschool provides school-made lunch and snacks, we need to receive notifications whenever there is a change to a child’s profile. For example, if food allergies or restrictions are updated by parents, we should be notified to prevent serving any food that may cause an allergic reaction.
If notifications are not possible, we would like a feature that restricts parents from editing their child’s profile directly.

Thank you for posting, Square Gecko! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific types of notifications would be most helpful for your preschool (e.g., email, SMS, in-app alerts)?
- How frequently do you need to receive these notifications (e.g., immediately after a change, daily summary)?
- Are there any other profile changes, besides food allergies or restrictions, that should trigger a notification?

Having a way to see a log of changes made to an account would be super helpful for security and communication purposes.

This is a great suggestion and one we are hoping to implement in a new design of Enrollsy we are working on (You can see the link to the Timeline under the Primary Account Holder's name). Primary Account Holders will have an Activity Timeline with some unique functionality, including automatic logging of certain events (account creation, editing of information, declined payments, enrollments, etc.). Hopefully all the information in the timeline will better help support admins in gaining context and in communicating with Account Holders.
