Customers receive a link to update payment method

Hello Neighbouring Wolf — thanks for sharing this (and the screenshot), that’s really helpful. Just to make sure we’re looking at the right workflow: are you wanting an automatic link sent to customers specifically after a card is declined, or anytime a payment method is expiring/needs updating? And should that link take them straight to the portal Payment Methods screen, or to a specific invoice/payment attempt? We’ll take a look on our side once we have those details.
