Right now, enrollment changes made by admins do not connect to the account/billing module. So, if a student is moved from Camp A, which is $250 to Camp B, which is $500, there is no audit trail to show the change and there is no additional invoice created. Additionally, if a student is removed from a class, it does not create a credit. It would be great if the billing was integrated with the enrollments.

A function to save payment plan data to for transferring a student from one group or location to another so you there is no need to manually enter the payment plan data for the new enrollment. Example: A student enrolls in Location A on Fridays, they pay monthly, use a coupon which impacts their plan. If they need to move to Location B on Fridays instead, and we transfer them to that group, saving their payment plan data (each monthly payment w/ discounts applied, etc.) and applying it to the new enrollment at Location B.

Allow customers to reschedule or update their enrollment and have their payment update at the same time (either credit or charge them more).

Audit Trail of Changes

When enrollment or roster changes are made by admins, it would be nice for there to be an audit trail showing the changes made so you can scroll back and see the changes.
