PLEASE move the select all box on the enrollee page so that actions can be done without scrolling back to top of page.

Currently you have to scroll all the way to the bottom, if you have multiple pages, to hit "Select all" then scroll all the way back to the top of the page to the cloud icon for downloading the data. The same goes for printing or SMS...having select all much closer to the actions is a simple fix to the constant scrolling up and down unnecessarily.

Move the "Select All" button in the Children's table to the top. Right now, if we need to select more than 150 families, we need to scroll all the way down to the bottom to click Select All and then scroll back up to select emails or SMS. It would be beneficial to have the "select all" button at the top so that we can do this quickly especially if we're sending out an emergency message to families. It's also confusing that the top check box on the left hand side doesn't automatically select all- it just selects all the families in that 150 person view.
