If there's a way to disable duplicate children profile to be created recognized by name/DOB. We've had multiple profiles for the same child and makes it hard to know which tab to find information under or one enrollment period would be under 1 child profile and another for different enrollment period.

We understand this is a challenging problem. We see many reasons for this, including: a customer or parent creating more than one account by using a different email address their second (or more) time enrolling; one parent enrolling and creating a new account when the other parent already created an account and enrolled; and admins creating enrollments manually for clients using an email different than the one on file (usually typos).
For now, please send us your Account or Enrollee merge requests through chat anytime you find one of these and we will merge them for you.
Meanwhile, we are working on some measures to decrease the likelihood of this happening unintentionally.
