If an Enrollee is already in an account and that Enrollee is chosen to be enrolled, the system SKIPS the blank birthdate and gender fields (even though birthdate is required)

Location specific A/R Aging Report is not populating

When pulling up an A/R Agin Report, it shows which location you are pulling the report for at the top of the screen. The accounts listed are from all locations though, not only the location selected.
